Our Great American Songbook was the title of the 10th annual Starliters production. This original production, written by Celeste Lauer Yanke and Ellen Factor, paid tribute to the 2004 – 2012 cast and crews, with a nostalgic look at our past.
Music from radio, television, Broadway and Hollywood became the soundtrack of our lives. Favorites from Disney, Gershwin, Berlin, and Rodgers & Hammerstein were included. We defended our country, raised families and built a nation as we listened to these songs.
Technical and backstage crews continued to make a big impact in the success of our shows as they became more complex in costumes, sound and projections used to create the scenes.
