Directions to download .mp3 from Google Drive
Open Google Drive by clicking on the following, or by copying it into your browser.

It is not necessary to sign in.
- Print a copy of this document so you can refer to it as you continue.
- List view allows you to see a list of the music. If the link opens with a vertical list of voice parts, you are there already and can go to step 3. If you see horizontal folders, you are not in list view and should do the following:
At the top right of the page there is a symbol for list view (which looks like three stacked lines with a three dots on the left. ) You should click on this to get the list view.
- Click on the voice part you need, or the Solo Auditions if you want solos. Solos that are available for 2022 are listed in Solo_auditions_2022. The solos that have already been cast are in Solo_auditions_2020. The male solo in “As Long As You Are Mine” is cast, but is available for practice purposes.
- Note: If your list has the heading “Owner” and every song under it says “cannot load user” ignore the entire column.
- Download option 1:
- Click on “Download All” on the upper right side of the window.
- The system will download a zip file to a folder you choose. This may be quite slow.
- Click on the zip folder and unzip it – all the files will be present
- Download option 2:
- This is the fastest way to just download the music files
- Put your cursor to the right side of the page on the line of the song you want to download, and a download symbol will appear (down arrow on top of a line ,) Click on the download sign, and the song will download. If you don’t see the download sign, or if it disappears, move the cursor around on the right side of the page.
- To get the next .mp3, use your mouse to get to the next song, then repeat above.
- Download option 3:
- Double click on the line of the first song you want. It will play in a play window.
- At the top right of the play window is the download symbol (down arrow on top of a line. ,) Click on the download symbol, and the song will download. Your computer system may show a window which allows you to download to a folder of your choice.
- To get the next .mp3, click on the right arrow centered on the right side of the play window, then click on the download symbol to download the song.
- Continue until you have everything you need.
- Click on the arrow on the top left of the window to get back to the voice part.
- To get back to the main screen, use the back arrow on your browser.
- From the main screen you can click on any of the other folders you need.
- NOTE: If you use an iPhone, you may have to download the music to your computer before you load it to the iPhone.
