Upload a PowerPoint Presentation to a Post or Page:

  1. Save the PowerPoint presentation as a .PDF
  2. Login to the website
  3. Create or edit a page or post from your admin dashboard
  4. In the page or post, make sure you are working on the Visual tab
  5. Click on –Add Documents– button on menu bar
  6. At the next screen, select Upload Document. If not previously uploaded, you can follow prompts to upload from your computer. Screen will show that it is uploading into the Media Library.
  7. At the –Embed Any Document– screen, you should see your document in the Media Library. Click to highlight the document you want to insert. On the right sidebar, you may add Description.
  8. Click Select.
  9. You should see that shortcode is filled in for you. Click Insert.
  10. The code should insert fine. If it is not centered, just highlight the shortcode and click the Center icon on the toolbar.
