SPAC Enrichment Grant Application Form 2023-2024
Dear Principals and Teachers,
The Solivita Performing Arts Council, Inc. (SPAC) is offering arts enrichment grants to local area schools for the 2025/2026 school year.
SPAC is a 501 (c) (3) musical and theatrical organization in Solivita, an active adult community in Poinciana in northern Polk County. Through its Endowment Fund, SPAC offers grant money to our neighboring elementary, middle and high schools in the areas of music, theater arts or visual arts. These grants are for artistic activities and/or equipment for the students or schools where other funding is unavailable.
In addition, these grants are to be used to provide artistic activities where the greatest number of students can be involved. Over the past years, funds have been used by grantees to purchase band equipment, music and supplies, to sponsor area music festivals and workshops, to fund theater productions, dance workshops and to purchase materials for art projects.
Our Endowment Committee is reaching out to schools for this school year to provide information about available grant money and to give schools the opportunity to apply for these grants (which over the years have totaled more than $156,152).
Please consider areas where your school’s artistic activities could benefit from this grant money (up to a maximum of $2,000 per grant) and complete an application for consideration.
