The Solivita Performing Arts Council was established in 2004. In 2015, it was incorporated and designated a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization.

SPAC, Inc. has the following objectives:

- to entertain Solivita residents with high-quality musical, comedic and dramatic shows;
- to add another facet of enjoyment and camaraderie to members who participate in creating entertainment for their neighbors;
- to share performances with other groups such as hospitals, schools and other organizations;
- to financially assist, through the SPAC, Inc. Endowment Fund, local school students with interest in the performing arts;
- to provide technical support to other Solivita performing groups.
Organizations under the SPAC, Inc. umbrella include:

- Guys and Dolls: Our choral group that rehearses August through December
- Starliters: Our musical theater show/choir that rehearses October through April
- SPAC, Inc. Tech Crew: A group of volunteers that work year-round to provide technical assistance to Guys and Dolls, Starliters and other sponsored groups. Requests from these groups must be made in written form to the SPAC, Inc. Board of Directors.
