About Guys and Dolls

Guys and Dolls, Solivita’s community chorus, rehearses on Tuesday evenings from 7:00–9:00 pm in the Starlite Ballroom. They rehearse from the end of August through December and perform in a Holiday Concert in December for Solivita residents and their guests.

Depending on the size and make-up of the group, singers will perform SATB arrangements. While reading music is not required, it is a helpful skill, and people with musical experience are greatly appreciated. "Guys and Dolls" members only need to be able to sing in tune with others, demonstrated at an informal audition. Choral experience or ability to read music is not required but please feel free to let me know your musical background and ask any questions you may have.
